Hi Dash Family,
We hope you're well.
Thank you to everyone who joined our Bullying, Harassment & Victimization Workshop. We had our highest turnout to date, and we appreciate everyone who took the time to be part of the conversation.
One of the biggest takeaways was that bullying isn't always obvious. It can show up in subtle ways, which is why creating a respectful workplace is everyone's responsibility.
Choosing kindness, speaking up, and refusing to look the other way all play a part in the culture we create together.
